PE frage + dll???

Also ich hab die vermutung, dass ich auch noch eine bestimmte dll für den PE brauche nur welche, denn da bekomm ich immer noch einen error. Kann mir wer sagen welche dll ich brauche ein name reicht.

(machine.config) der jitDebugging-Wert im Abschnitt system.windows.forms festgelegt werden.
Die Anwendung muss mit aktiviertem Debuggen kompiliert werden.
